Keith Park - TLT (Trans Local Team) Leader: Church of Southland
After pioneering ministries with several campus groups, along with the ACTS Fellowship and Petra churches in Canada, Keith Park arrives at this point a well-traveled man of a wide range of experiences. An alumnus of Fuller Theological Seminary, he came to California with a very real commitment to a holistic approach to Christian service. Never content to simply “go with the flow”, Keith Park is driven to lead a church that is clear in purpose – the salvation of souls and the inward/outward healing of broken people. It is his sincere prayer that Southland would be a church of warmth and open doors but more importantly, a place where people meet and experience God.
Young Kim - TLT: Grace Covenant Church
Pastor Young Kim is the Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Philadelphia. After receiving his initial calling into ministry as a Bio-Engineer at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, he finished his Master of Divinity at Biblical Theological Seminary (1989-1992). He also finished his Masters in Urban Missions at Westminster Theological Seminary (1995-1996). In 1996, he planted Grace Covenant Church with a vision to be a multi-ethnic church that will raise kingdom workers for the harvest of the world to the glory of God. God has blessed Pastor Young and his wife Annette with His precious gifts in Sarah, Daniel, and Isaiah.
Ryun Chang - AMI Resource and Teaching Pastor
Ryun Chang serves as the Resource and Teaching Pastor of AMI. He produces theological curriculum that the AMI churches can utilize to disciple at home and abroad. After serving as a pastor in Southern California for 17 years, Pastor Ryun spent 11 years in Chihuahua, Mexico as a missionary, focusing on extended education of pastors while producing courses and textbooks to be used in churches and seminaries.
Sam Lee - Catalyst Agape Church
Pastor Sam made a decision to follow Jesus Christ in High School, a decision he is thankful for everyday of his life. After seminary, he went to Kenya, East Africa to do missions work with the poor. It is there, God burned in him the vision to train up disciples (forerunners) that will work together to break the boundaries in their own community and beyond. Pastor Sam is abundantly blessed with a house full of godly women. Sam is married to his partner and his better half Hee Jung. Sam and Hee Jung have four daughters. Anna, Kristen, Trinity, and Sage. His family is a gift from God that reminds him daily of God’s joy and kindness.
Matthew Ro - Journey Church of Atlanta

David Kwon - Journey Community Church
After coming to know the Lord in his freshman year in college (Drexel University), he worked as an IT consultant after graduation at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2004, he was part of a church planting team to Atlanta, which had a vision to impact the surrounding college campuses and young adults in the city. It was there that he received his call into full time ministry and served at the Journey Church of Atlanta as an associate pastor. In 2011, God called Dave and his family to plant Journey Community Church, which also has a vision to impact the college campuses and surrounding cities in the area.
Peter Yoon - Kairos Christian Church
Peter J. Yoon began his ministry as a youth pastor in San Diego back in Fall of 1993. Since then, he’s received his M. Div from Talbot Theological Seminary (May, 1996), became married to a beautiful wife, Jessica Yoon (Oct. 1999) and has been blessed with three wonderful children, Nathan, Jason and Abigail. Before coming to Kairos, he served as an Associate Pastor at Church of Southland in Anaheim where he helped start and oversee the Children’s Ministry, College Ministries, Single Young Adults Ministry, and Missions Committee.
Johann Kim - OTR Living Water Ministries
Johann Kim joined the faculty of the Department of Physics at the University of Cincinnati in 1989. Two years later, in 1990, he met Jesus. He began to walk the streets of Over-The-Rhine, Cincinnati, in 1999 before starting the Over-The-Rhine Living Water Church in 2003. In 2006, OTR Living Water joined the AMI church network.
Paul Kim - OTR Living Water Ministries
Pastor Paul Kim of Living Water Ministries in Cincinnati, OH went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus on Friday, October 25th 2013. Our hearts are still sorrowful, but God has filled us with peace and thankfulness knowing that He is now rejoicing in Heaven. We thank God for Pastor Paul’s example of unflinching and unwavering faith, and for showing us what it means to fight the good fight and finish well.
Mark Chun - Radiance Christian Church
Mark is a native of the East Bay, having spent time in Fremont, Hayward, and Livermore until heading down to sunny San Diego for college. After finishing his undergraduate work at UC San Diego, he received his call into ministry and pursued a Masters of Divinity at Talbot Theological Seminary. During his twenty years in Southern California, he served as a youth pastor at Cypress Baptist Church and a college pastor at Jesus Community Church. In 2006, Mark planted Kairos Church where he served as the founding pastor for five years until sensing a call to return back to the Bay Area to start Radiance Christian Church in San Francisco.
Joseph Chung - Remnant Church
Currently the senior pastor at The Remnant Presbyterian Church. He leads both the English and Korean ministries. Pastor Joseph Chung has served in a variety of roles at various AMI churches, including Catalyst Agape Center (formerly Acts Community Church) and Grace Covenant Church. P. Joe serves faithfully with his wife, Hanna, and their two sons, Jedidiah and Jeremiah.
Bruce Yi - Remnant Westside Church
While attending Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, Pastor Bruce served as an associate pastor at the Remnant Presbyterian Church and as a campus staff leader at New York University. Starting with much prayer and less than a handful of students in the late summer of 1995, the Remnant Christian Fellowship soon grew to 60-80 students. A sister fellowship at the Parsons School of Design soon followed. As God continued to guide and speak to him, Pastor Bruce was convicted and encouraged to plant a campus/young adult church in Chelsea in the fall of 2002. Almost a year later, in October of 2003, Remnant Westside Church was born!
Barry Kang - Symphony Church
In 2003, God called Barry to minister to college students, and he has been loving college students ever since. Barry was the college pastor at the Church of Southland in Los Angeles (an AMI™ church) for five years, during which time, he also received his M.Div from Fuller Seminary. In 2008, God moved Barry and his family to Philadelphia to minister at Grace Covenant Church as a preparatory step to moving to Boston. For two years, Barry served as the Temple site pastor and built up the core Boston church planting team. In June 2010, Barry, his wife Sunny, and two boys (Caleb and Micah), and six team members moved to Boston to plant Symphony Church.
Charles Choe - Tapestry LA
Charles is the Lead Pastor at Tapestry LA Church. Wanting to use his ransomed life for God, he attended Fuller Seminary and graduated with his Masters of Divinity (M.Div). Upon graduating, Charles entered the pastoral ministry preaching and leading God’s people with a great desire to see changed lives. Charles joins Tapestry LA with 20 years of pastoral ministry experience. Charles and his wife Grace live in Glendale, California and have two rambunctious young children: Chloe and Noah. While Charles has a hectic schedule, he manages to follow his favorite sports teams: the Lakers and the Dodgers. His utmost desire is to proclaim the glory of God as he endeavors to be driven by the gospel and the Holy Spirit.
