Lampita is 14 years old and came to the orphanage in 2013. Her siblings at the orphanage are Roma and Berkat. Her aunt brought her because her parents could not raise her. Her mother had passed away and her father was sick with tuberculosis.
At the orphanage, Lampita learned about God and it was the first time in her life where she really began a relationship with God. She was a nominal Christian before then. She was also touched by the caring environment and culture at the orphanage. It taught her to care for others as well.
Pastor Jonedy claims that Lampita is the smartest student in her school. She wants to study education in college and her dream is to either become a teacher or a pastor.
